2019 Raw (Sheng) Pu-Erh

Pu-Erh comes from southwestern Yunnan Province in China. People often make them in medium-sized, frisbee-like disks (bings). However, those bings can be inconvenient, so this is a conveniently pre-portioned Pu-Erh. The small size allows the tea to ferment faster. The raw (Sheng) Pu-Erhs slowly ferment over time, which makes for a lighter and more sophisticated cup of tea. Six years after its creation, the tea is now ready.?
