This year, we were lucky to get this early tea. It is the 12th production (Dj 12) of 2025. Risheehat is located in the valley under the city of Darjeeling. We have visited it a few times. It is a stunning estate owned by Jayshree with many steep valleys. Risheehat 1st Flush is a greenish First Flush Darjeeling tea with lovely tropical notes and a light body. If you brew it like a green tea, with less heat and less time than a black tea, it tastes excellent.
